Automation that fails loudly, not silently.

I build workflow automation in n8n for small teams — the unglamorous plumbing that moves data between the tools you already pay for, and tells you when it breaks.

What I build

Lead capture and qualification

Enquiries answered in seconds, qualified against your criteria, and routed into your CRM with the reasoning attached.

Internal operations

The jobs someone currently does by copying between a spreadsheet, an inbox and a CRM three times a week.

Reporting that arrives

Numbers pulled from wherever they live, assembled, and delivered on a schedule — instead of assembled by hand each month.

How I work

I quote fixed prices with the hours shown, and I say which part of a build worries me before starting rather than after. Most automation projects fail at one specific step — usually the one touching a system nobody controls — so that step gets built first, while there's still time to change approach.

Every build comes with a runbook: how to monitor it, what breaks, and how to re-run a failed job without me.
